Tumalog Falls is one of the many waterfalls you can visit while in Cebu, Philippines. We visited this wonderful waterfall before we did the whale shark tour!
Hours
Tumalog Falls is open 24 hours 7 days a week. We were there pretty early (before 9AM), so it wasn’t crowded at all.
Tumalog Falls
The admission fee to Tumalog Falls was about 20 pesos per person but this was covered as part of our tour package. Our tour guide was very friendly and showed us good photo spots at different locations.
The water wasn’t very full or flowing when we went – it looked pretty dry. But you can still imagine just how beautiful and magnificent the waterfall would look like in its true nature.
You can walk into this pool of water too!
If you walk further into the waterfall, you’ll come across some nice tall trees. Our tour guide gave us a unique idea to take a panoramic photo but vertical so the tree looks super long haha
Here is a photo spot next to some bamboo shoots:
One of the last photo spots that our tour guide pointed out is on top of this rock. Be careful if you decide to climb on top of the rock though since it might be slippery.
At the end of the trail, you can get your feet cleaned by these tiny fishes! It feels like tiny nibbles on your feet.
This was a nice and relaxing way to pass the time while we wait for our whale shark tour!
